Lots of people join MLM's (let's face it... they get a bad rep for a reason- not because of the company.. but because of the people). Lots of people join companies for various reasons. But for the mass majority of our human population, I don't think people really know why they do what they do. Do they love it? Sure. Are they good at it? Probably. You'll hear the typical reasons:
"I love what I do!"
"I love to help people"
"I'm good at my job"
"I have a passion for this or that"
"This is what I went to school for"
"I do it for my family"
"I believe in what I do"
and the list could go on and on. Now I don't profess to be a professional on this by any stretch of the imagination. But through personal experience, I've come to realize something very important; I've only encountered a handful of people who truly BELIEVE in what they do and have a significant and legitimate WHY they do what they do.
So what's the difference?
I've come to find that people who are truly successful in what they do, are aware of why they are doing it, and push themselves each day to learn new things, leading others to do the same, and are in a constant state of improvement.
The beauty of the It Works! Global community is that it's a tight knit group of people who are less worried about their own success and more involved in helping others achieve theirs. As a whole, they are a people who are constantly giving back, trying to help everyone in the company achieve financial freedom, and best of all... THEY LEAD BY EXAMPLE! It Works! Is a debt free company. They host a series of bonuses that they give to their distributors to pay off their debts. They are constantly offering incentives to drive their team to build and make their own success. IT'S FREAKING AMAZING!
It Works! is one of the fastest growing companies for a reason. And when you get to one of their main motto's "Debt Free is the New Sexy", how can you not want to be part of something like that?
With that being said, here is my WHY..... (don't judge how dorky I am lol)
Now here's my challenge to YOU: What is your WHY?
